JOSHUA SCOTT

i
just
love
this.

In Joshua's own words:

"...This series was inspired by and depicts the new Marc Jacobs Lola perfume. We attempt to photograph the product without actually photographing the product but rather the ideas and emotions that combine to create the product. The intangible qualities that are the essence of any physical product are reinterpreted and expressed here in this series of images."

In my opinion, still life photography can sometimes be, well, static. However, Joshua has a way of inserting a good dose of humor and whimsy into his work. And I love how the colors in his images relate to the actual product packaging (click here).

See more of his work here.
