JUST IN TIME FOR
THE HOLIDAYS...
So, I breezed through Bergdorf Goodman today to catch up on some shoe shopping (Yeeeah, right...A girl can dream, can't she?).
Anyway, on the home design floor (that's currently decked out like the South Pole), there's LOTS to feast the eyes on. Somehow, amidst the sea of gold leaf and winged cherubs, the above candles immediately caught my eye. Housed in an elegant black box are a set of five of these deliciously dark Memento Mori Skill Candles by D.L. & Company.
Memento Mori = "remember that you are mortal" in Latin.
